"You helped me work through emotional and mental trauma I had not touched in decades, unearthed it and helped me sift through it in a way that was both manageable and digestible."
"You helped me work through and see new sides of situations and assisted me in finding new solutions or coping mechanisms to assist me in my recovery and process."
"You stood by my side as I went through one of the worst experiences of my life, and were the only person to give me rational and useful advice, as well as being someone I could speak to without worry of strings or of judgement."
"You have offered me compassion, kindness, trust, and a type of care I didn’t think I would ever be able to receive or feel like I deserved."
"The tools I have learned over the years have not only shaped my life, but the lives of the people around me as I pass on the wisdom and coping mechanisms you’ve given me."
"You have been a huge supporter, my own personal cheerleader on my worst days, and my reality checker when I’m being too critical of myself. You have been one of the very few people whose words I can take at face value and not have to take with any salt."
"You have made it so that I feel prepared to go through life, regardless of what gets thrown at me, regardless of the downfalls and uphill battles, and have helped me work through so many barriers inside of myself and made it easier to accept my pride and accomplishments."
"You have helped me learn to love myself in more ways than I could count, and in more ways than I thought I would ever be able to feel."
"The support and coaching I received in that year is the pure reason I am here today and able to enjoy what my life has become, and I will be forever grateful for that experience...My life would never be where it is today without you."
What are you willing to pay for a better relationship with yourself? Coaching is seen as a luxury item. My services are the rare luxury item that won't leave you with buyer's remorse.
At the end of the day, the entire package will require no more than 25 hours of your time. How much time do you spend on your phone per week?
The nature of personal development work requires that we step into the unknown. The nature of coaching is about learning new things to create better outcomes. How serious are you about the process of change?
Before we begin doing the work, part of my responsibility as the coach is to help you decide if coaching is an appropriate fit for the work you want to do. In the event that coaching is not the right tool, I will refer you on to someone who can help you meet the things you want to address. For more information, please book a free, 30-minute consult.
It is unlikely that you will fail or not make progress. As coaching unfolds, there is an ongoing, process of checking in with what's working, what's not working and adjusting the process to fit.
So failure is really difficult and not progressing is almost impossible.
There is nothing wrong with being afraid of change or failure. It's natural. And you have to ask yourself: what is the fear preventing me from becoming?
Coaching offers a level of support and shared accountability that most people are unable to bring to their own personal development. It is easier to commit to and maintain the process of change if we have someone else to be accountable to.
If you've had previous negative experiences, I'm really sorry.
And, it is my responsibility as a coach to do everything in my power to support and enhance your learning. Beyond that, the responsibility rests on your shoulders.
Part of the initial consult, before you hire me, will be a discussion of what didn't work in previous experiences you have had with other coaches.
Whether it's athletics or life skills, the results you receive from any form of coaching are directly related to how hard you're willing to work to learn the new skills offered by your coach. What are you willing to do to create change in your own life?
I want to make this work as easy as possible for folks. As a result, I try to offer as much scheduling flexibility as is possible in relation to my other commitments.
Sessions can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly.
Please give me as much warning as you are able to if you need to re-schedule a session.
In the event that you must miss a session, there is the opportunity to re-schedule within the limitations of my schedule.
My cancellation policy for scheduled appointments is a minimum 24 hours notice.
In the event that I am not notified of the need to re-schedule, you will forfeit that session.
And, if I need to re-schedule an appointment, I will give you a minimum of 24 hours notice.
What we work on is specific to your needs. What is covered in each session will be directly related to your stated needs and concerns, that I have agreed to address with you.
Part of the first session is defining progress milestones that you're looking for. As the process moves forward, we will be checking in to make sure that we're on track with those milestones and also to determine if those milestones are still relevant with the progress already made. Because sometimes, when we change, we realize that what we're chasing isn't what we want.
There will always be homework and additional readings. The best work done in personal development does not happen in session, it happens out in the world.
And, I am available between sessions for email consults.
Investment is $1497 or 3 payments of $499.
I don't do refunds. If we agree to do the work, I will absolutely deliver my end.
Part of the 30-minute, free consult that is required before working with me, is me determining how serious you are about the work, because how serious you are about the work is the only guarantee I have that you are getting your money's worth.
I will deliver top notch service, if you agree to work with me, but the quality of the work hinges on your willingness to commit to your own process of change, and that is not my responsibility.
I have developed an approach called Story Coaching.
The philosophy behind Story Coaching is about skill recognition, intentional personal growth, and harnessing empowered change as a birthright.
Trust is a built thing. My job is to prove to you that I am trustworthy by how I show up, by what I offer, and by the outcomes that we create.
The only exception to the rule of confidentiality is where I am legally bound by my ethical obligations to expand the circle of confidentiality.
They are:
if you indicate that you are a legitimate threat to yourself
if you indicate that you are a legitimate threat to someone else
if you indicate that there is a minor in harm's way (neglect or abuse).
Outside of those three circumstances, I promise to keep what we share private.
Life coaching can be especially valuable during major transitions, because coaching provides tailored support, guidance, and tools that empower you to navigate change with clarity, resilience, and purpose.
Working with me during a major transition can help you approach changes proactively and with a sense of empowerment. My support and tools can help you turn the transition into an opportunity for growth and self-discovery.
